The machine is widely applicable to the automatic film packing (with gold tear tape) of various single boxed articles. With new-type of double safeguard, No need stop of machine, other spare parts will not be damaged when the machine runs out of step. Original unilateral hand swing device to prevent shaking the machine adversely, and the non-rotation of the handwheel when the machine keep running to secure the security of the operator. No need to adjust the height of worktops at both sides of the machine when you need to replace the mould, no need to assemble or dismantle the material discharge chains and discharge hopper.

Main features:

1. this machine is a full-automatic high-speed transparent film packaging equipment. It adopts the multi station rotary table alternate packaging mode. All wrapping and heat sealing actions are completed by cam transmission. It has the characteristics of high speed and stable operation.

2. changing the mold can pack articles of different sizes. The newly designed patented structure makes it easier and faster to replace the mold.

3. the new double rotating film cutter is adopted, which can increase the service life by 5 times and cut the film more accurately and smoothly.

4. it is equipped with an electrostatic eliminator to effectively eliminate the static electricity adsorbed on the packaging film and make the film delivery more smooth.

5. the frequency converter is used to adjust the packaging speed, which can reach 40 ~ 70 packages / minute according to different packaging items.

6. it is equipped with a double-sided wrinkle plastic and cosmetic device to make the film packaging more close to the body and more beautiful.

7. with the function of composite adhesive laser anti-counterfeiting and unpacking line, it really plays the role of anti-counterfeiting and moisture-proof.

8. change the feeding mode to connect with the fully automatic unmanned production line.
